Location, room, staff, cleanliness. We strolled from the railway station to the hotel in minutes. Check in was instant. They stored our bags no bother. Great breakfast.

“Amazing stay”
The buffet breakfast spread was amazing, the staffs there were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay at comfort hotel again when I go Hakodate.

“Best Value for Money”
Great value for money. The location is the best part of the hotel, just right across the hakodate train station tram stop - literally can't miss it. Complimentary breakfast was a lot better than I expected and the fact that free coffee is available throughout the day just adds a sweet touch to things. Room was a bit small, but then again that's pretty much the same argument you can make of literally every affordable hotel in Japan.

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient since I was just staying one night on my way to Sapporo. Great restaurants nearby.

“A solid, comfortable hotel in Hakodate that is super convenient for the train station.”
The breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff were very helpful on check and throughout. There was even provision of sleeping clothes which were comfortable. Location was fabulous, right beside the train station.
