“This is what hotels should be like”
Good position, quite they had a restaurant which was a welcome bonus as we arrived at 8.00 in the evening. But the best was the staff kind attentive and super efficient with smiley faces. Would I stay there again MOST DEFINITELY

“Great Overnight at entrance to Otztal”
I booked this hotel as I was en route to Obergurgl Ski resort and wanted an overnight stay nearby. It was perfect. Huge quiet room with excellent breakfast. The bonus is the restaurant on site with pizzas or traditional Austrian dishes. It was full on a Friday night, which tells you something about the food. I was surprised that the hotel was not rated higher on booking.com.

“exactly what we were looking for. Coming again in 2025”
excellent!! we travelled with kids, skiing. We've decided to stay off the mountain. This allowed us to expore Innsbruck and other skii areas. -Just in case kids got tired or weater not good. If you stay on the mountain and weather turns crap, tough luck and the "ski in - ski out" is not that great.... tough luck. Oets [ 15 min away] is excellent as well witht the lift/ gondola. The hotel has Excelent food and well priced for us aussies $. The owners are very friendly and helpful! we had problem with car battery, the owner rang his friend ... he came over in few minutes and we were on our way. Go for the wiener schnitzel, even the kids meal is big.. too big 8-))!

Place was spotless clean and possibly had the nicest orange juice I've ever had for breakfast. Staff came across as hard workers . Should the opportunity ever arise again to stop in that area I'd certainly go back.

“Nice atmosphere”
The effort of the staff to do everything to the maximum. The accommodation met our expectations. We didn't eat well, slept and continued our journey the next day. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast and dinner very good.
