“Best small hotel in Israel.”
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They suggested an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner on shabbat. Quiet, comfortable and clean. The rooftop relaxation area is serene.

“great stay”
the hotel is really nice. it is clean, close to public tranportation. it is on a hill but that is Haifa :) everything is clean, quiet neighborhood. I honestly reccomend this hotel.

the responsiveness of the staff, the location, and the cat by the entrance. Eton (spelled correctly?) the restaurant manager was also tremendously attentive and responsive. the food was great too.

As I planned to come around 20 I was told to use the code to enter, the key was on the desk and after my early check out left the key in the same spot and left. DIdn't meet anyone of the staff, and also didn't hear anyone. The place itself was very clean, and had everything to make for a comfortable stay.

“Great potential yets lots of room for improvement.”
The place is comfortable and clean, the room is spacious and the staff clearly wants to try and please their guests. It is most definitely a place with good potential yet with a lot to improve. Location, space wise and otherwise a great place to be. Jacuzzi on terrace was quite clean even though we didn't really make use of it.

The breakfast was awful. Overpriced and inadequate. When I visit again I will not order with breakfast.
