The location was perfect and the bed was confortable. It was practical to have some small shops in the direct vicinity. As a foreigner, I have felt safe, which was a good point. Contact via WhatsApp with the person in charge was efficient and friendly.

“Great”
The staff are the nicest, most accommodating people there could be. Super friendly. We got a free upgrade to the largest room in the building because the staff noticed we were travelling with two little kids. The room was also large, spacious and clean.

“Great location”
The location is great. Just near the German neighborhood. Check in is automatic, very easy, which means that you do not need to worry about arriving time. The host is always available to solve problems and help with questions. They have a phone with data free to use, which is quite nice. Totally recomended.

Great location in downtown Haifa. Impeccably clean apartment. Interaction with the management via whatsapp was very good. They graciously upgraded my apartment to one with a jacuzzi, and after a long day in Haifa's hot weather the jacuzzi is a bliss ! There are other small touches showing attention to detail : a courtesy smartphone for local calls and data, a surprise gift... I really felt welcome .

The manager is an amazing person, who tries his best to help you. The place is clean and organized and perfectly close to the Baha'i Shrines. Will definitely be staying here anytime we are in Haifa.
