The hotel is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The massage in the hotel was excellent!

Beautiful, quiet place very well tended to. A lot of attention to every detail can be easily noticed. Staff is friendly and efficient. The surrounding area is very nice, with the park and with convenient transportation to downtown.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was enormous - such a luxury to have such a large room. The bathroom was wonderful too.

“Amazing Hotel in Haifa”

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's located in the very heart of Carmel Centre; everything you might want to visit in Carmel Centre is within a stone's throw. The hotel staff have been amazing and have made the entire experience seamless and pleasant. The room is also wonderful - it's comfortable, well-lit, and has a large balcony opening into a beautiful garden.

“I enjoyed it”

The locations is amazing - public transport is available to every part of the city. Overnight parking at the hotel is also available for 40 NIS. The hotel is very well kept and designed thoroughly. The facilities are in a good condition. I didn't need an A/C as it was March and I only had to open the windows for a fresh air. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not - one small and extremely soft and another was mor rigid but huge (2 pillows per person). I didn't like any of those - but that is my experience, and I didn't subtract much from the score for this. I didn't choose the breakfast as I was eating out - but there was excellent tea and biscuits available. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Everything was perfect: the room, the furniture, the staff. Clean and well-maintained. Private parking - a special feature, given to location. Coffee/tea/wine room in the lobby.

“Romantic getaway”

The deluxe room is very spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed. It was very clean too. Thanks to the room's three windows, it is naturally well-lit during daytime. The shower room is quite big but the shower itself could have been bigger. I really liked the artworks and room design, but the wardrobe closet wasn't very functional so we just kept our clothes in our carry-on suitecase. The hotel itself was very quiet during the day and night. The outside hot tub is a nice touch, especially if you get it all for yourself. Wine is offered at the reception at no additional charge, but they lack variety. Overall this is a fine boutique hotel, well worth the money. Paying extra for the hotel parking lot is recommended.

The room was nice, the location was good. coffee and sweets served on the house 24/7. I got stucked in the toilet and the manager and staff did everything to compensate us. Absolutely great service.
