“Well-located small hotel near the promenade with best views of Haifa”

The hotel is very well-located in the Carmel area of Haifa. It is a nice renovated building on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, worth a walk to see the incredible views of the bay, and to see the Ba'hai temple gardens from above. The promenade is close by.

Clean rooms, silent area and very nice staff

Hotel has a nice location on the hill, bus stop is very close also a super market. Room has a nice view everything was pretty clean. Also hotel manager Alaa was very helpful and friendly.

Good and quiet location

The hotel is very pleasant with a quiet location yet within walking distance to the Carmel center and transportation hubs. There are some lovely coffee shops and bars also nearby. The hotel staff (as I have previously experienced with other Domus hotels) was, as always, extremely amicable and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had for what I was looking for! The room was spotless and super comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. And the location was perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful. Can’t wait to come back!

“Good place, terrible client service, poor client information protection.”

1． At first, they said payment incomplete while booking confirms payment successful 2． Then they send wrong check-in page of another girl, who was not brave enough to earn the rights she deserves. 3． Then they asked for charge of VAT when booking said payment includes VAT. 4． Then, they ask for passport page, border stamp and going over another border control style questioning, stored my credential information in their system. 5． They send another poor girls credentials to me as example, with all personal information listed. 6． I said no and I said I would go to the place and call the police. 7． Finally I get my check-in guidance the next morning, from payment till the end, I wasted 21 hours on reserving the hotel and get access to the room I booked.

It's a great place to stay with a close distance to gardens which we were planning to see. The check-in process is automated via on-line services which was a bit anoying for me on begining but finally it went well after contacting support services. Genearally it is a good place to stay - clean, nice view, quiet & with coffe and tea what was very very nice.

“WOW WOW WOW!”

Wow! an amazing experience, we were a 5-minute walk from the Baha'i gardens, close to the German colony, in short, a crazy location! You see and feel that everything is new at that hotel, the beds are pampering, a fully equipped kitchen and a dreamy balcony with a view of the sea, we will come back on our next visit to Haifa!
