This was a wonderful hotel in a great location and an excellent value for the money. My room was clean and my shower was hot. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. And breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast and location were exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly and excellent, and the service the highest quality. (This was also what we expected; still, it's always nice when your high expectations are met). Two things which exceeded my expectations were the 24-hour coffee-and-snack setup on the main floor, and the common room on the ground floor. It was usually empty and always available, and I availed myself of its use on several occasions. I did have some computer work to do, and the room was too small to do it in, so I used the common room, which has a very large table for work and a very pleasant lounge suite.

Quiet room despite of location on a busy street. Tasty breakfast with large variety of sandwiches and salads. Unique building with a pleasant courtyard, with a sitting-room and a library, with roof access.

Friendly people. Very accommodating. Let me keep my bags there a lot of hours. Easy access with key. Rooms cleaned .I didn’t eat the food but it looked average. Sukkah was it kosher? Also short bus ride to Carmel beach .

The location is just great, close to zoo, Japan museum, Baha'i gardens, restaurants, public transportation. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The hosts are very nice people.

Such a beautiful place, very helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist that welcomed me, he was so sweet. The room was absolutely beautiful, especially the bathroom. There is free tea/coffee and cake in the lounge. Breakfast was amazing, there is so much variety: pitta, hummus, toast, jam, scrambled or boiled egg, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and veg, different teas, coffee, juices, you couldn't ask for more. Lovely atmosphere. And the bus stop right in front of the door, too! Highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was great. Good variety and facilities are clean. Staff is super helpful and nice. Will be staying here next time we visit if they have occupancy. Great place. Location was also great. Very close to public transportation and restaurants. Beautiful place to walk around.

Breakfast satisfactory. Location suitable. I would have preferred better television. Soaps should have been supplied daily. Shop was better than expectengd

The breakfast was good, but not that extensive. The contact with the staff is personal because the hotel is not that big. In the lobby you can sit and have coffee, thee and fruit for free.

Clean and comfortable. Loved eating breakfast in the garden.
