Excellent location by the sea, in the downtown area, there is public transportation, the hotel is simple but carefully decorated, very clean, quiet, there are cafes and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed it very much!!

Perfect choice for those who prefer boutique-style hotels. Also located strategically near the best beach in Haifa. Can be highly recommended for pairs on short holidays.

We stayed as a family of 7 (booked 4 rooms) and it was a terrible experience. ​Tiny Rooms: All 4 rooms were extremely small and cramped. ​No Space: The lobby is tiny and converts into the dining room, meaning there is absolutely nowhere to sit, move, or relax. ​Noise: The acoustics in the rooms are very bad; we could hear everything. ​Breakfast: Very poor quality and uncomfortable due to the lack of space. We would not recommend this place to anyone."

a breakfast and a living room was nice, though, the room was not quiet, due to the location of the room itself.

Breakfast was served in the samll lobby and I ate my food in my room. A small dining room would have been preferable. Othe than that breakfast provisions were sufficiently varied.

Arina was friendly and so helpful. Located near train and beach promenade all entry arrangements were simple.

Arina, the lovely hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met (literally at all hours of the day & night). Her warm hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. The hotel's prime location is unbeatable, with the beach, delightful bakeries, and fantastic wine bars just a short stroll away. We will be back on future trips to Haifa!

“Location, Clearness. Cost”

Excelent location - beach, railway station, the Hospital, the Port - everything is 5 minutes walkng, Historical building, amazing terrace. Extreamly friendly staff, eveybody - from houskeeping to the manager are providing the service quickly and friendly. I would like to mention Arina - the hotel manager. Thank you so much and I will definately come back. I found "my place" in Haifa!

Boutique with high standards. Clean room, all kind of kits are in the room. Staff are nice and helpful, thanks to Erana and Olga. Very close to the beach. Coffee machine and some light snacks in the lobby.
