“Overall a nice stay in the middle of a very beautiful town”
he hotel’s interior is beautiful and very cozy. Breakfast was generous and tasty, though a few more greens and vegan options would be nice. The recently renovated sauna is great, and the location couldn’t be better — amazing views and walking distance to all main attractions. There’s plenty to do, from the pool and spa to ping pong and darts. In the evening, the fireplace in the bar creates an unmatched, warm atmosphere.

“An adventure in a time capsule of a hotel”
The property was quirky but a bit dated and in the process of being renovated, however the beauty of the hotel was still obvious and must have been outstanding in its heyday

“Okay for short stay”
Location was fine and it was a good starting point for visiting different places in Harzen. Breakfast was good and personnel were friendly. Town was nearly empty and dead. Bockberg was fun though.
