The locations is a perfect choice if you want to switch your mind from a busy city to a peaceful place close to nature. The sauna is perfect here, coming with friends and big families here would be great experience. We will definitely return here soon.

We had a second floor room which has a beautiful view out over the mountains. The bathroom is compact but the bedroom is a good size. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast and dinners were amazing and it was lovely to dine while looking out over the valley and swimming pool.

The staff were friendly and the outlook is nice if you get one of the rooms facing the view. If you get one of the other rooms you will be looking directly into the side of the hill the hotel sits on with very little light. The bathrooms in the rooms are way too small. For breakfast we were served stale bread and there was no milk available for coffee. At this price point in Armenia having fresh bread and some milk in the morning for breakfast shouldn’t be difficult. For what you get it is very overpriced and there are better options around.

The hotel is quite new and has nice rooms with a nice pool. The view is good - but that applies to all hotels in the vicinity. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food.

Very nice, clean hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast and extremely helpful staff, accommodating guest's requests. We had also dinners at the hotel, which were also very nice. The swimming pool is maintained professionally: the water is always very clean. The view is fantastic! The location is in 25-30 min walk from Haghpat Monastery.

Like many other reviewers, you'll be instantly wowed by the hotel's stunning views. This alone is a compelling reason to stay here. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels clean and fresh. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and pleasantly decorated. The staff from the restaurant was super lovely and welcoming. The food was fresh and homemade and plentiful. Having the option to have dinner and breakfast in the room, on the sunny balcony while enjoying the green mountain view is definitely a very special experience. Despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, we would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone. We'd love to come back and experience it again someday!

Our stay coincided with a severe weather disaster on May 26, 2024, which caused the Debed River to flood and led to disruptions in electricity and gas. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the challenges posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry.
