For Late arivals, please be more accurat to Inform how toget in the Hotel. It was not Clear at all, and I did not find the INFO in the Direct mails, only later I found out how to, but that was after sleeping in the Car.

“Staff were friendly, facilities were good. But stay let down by very poor standard of the rooms!”
The staff were very friendly and the food was of a good standard with plenty to offer. Bar facilities were adequate and were suitable for what I wanted. Hotel is situated in a lovely location.

“Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Brilliant location with amazing views.”
The breakfast was lovely and delicious with a variety of options to choose from. It was nice to be able to enjoy my breakfast with the view of the Dampark. I especially enjoyed the walks along the Dampark and seeing the ducks lounging on the grass.

It is good choice for Haderslev. Building is dated. Needs some refurbishment. Breakfast was OK.

The room was dirty. I found tissue, two spiders inside the room and very dusty . Bathroom and toilet was clean and new renovated. They have swimming in the property but I didn't need it because I came late at night and I check out early in the morning.

“Very comfortable, pleasant and relaxing”
Very helpful and cheerful receptionist, and attentive restaurant staff. Room allocated was on ground floor and close to parking as requested as I had a lot of luggage. The restaurant was a surprise - everything Cordon Bleu standard.
