“A stunning location, amazing food and wine and staff that go the extra mile.”
Very pretty setting, atmospheric building and design. The staff were attentive and courteous and went the extra mile - Elcin built a fire for us outside and then another inside when it became windy. The food was wonderful and the wine is as good as European wine.

“Wonderful stay, highly recommend.”
The property is in a spectacular location surrounded by vineyards and snow capped mountains in the distance. The host, Elchin, was superb and the service was above and beyond. We took part in a wine tasting and were shown around the property. Dinner was great and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace.

“Great Vinyard Hotel- good wine, food & staff”
Property is totally nice, rooms are to a great standard and communal spaces are grand. Pool area and restaurant are nice- food is amassing and wine is too. And Elvin the manager is a star.

“Highlight of our stay in Azerbaijan”
We had an unforgettable experience at Chabiant Winery! The location is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, local, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a culinary highlight. Service was very good: warm, attentive, and professional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Especially Elizin who spoke decent English made our stay exceptional. Of course, the wine was fantastic — unique, high quality, and deeply connected to the region. The tasting experience was both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food, wine, and nature.

The best bed in any hotel -- ever. Quiet, peaceful. Excellent friendly staff. A good restaurant and good wine.
