One of the best places I’ve stayed in South America. It’s a real haven. This place has thought of everything. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful - it has alpine cabin vibes. There’s free yoga in the evenings and mornings which was excellent. The spa has a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool jacuzzi for a small fee. You can also pay for a 1-hour massage which is great if you’re stiff after a hike. Meals were excellent. There is a board games/reading room with plenty to choose from.

Really great facilities, the spa is amazing, the room was so nice and we were upgraded for free. The food was also nice! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with the quilotoa loop.

Perfect place to stay while doing the Quilotoa Trek! The food was excellent (we ordered vegan), it was clean and with beautiful views. We loved the added touch of being able to use a poncho when it got colder. Highly recommend.

The spa was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking

One of my favorite hostels in South America. After a challenging day hike, you arrive at this beautiful place with an incredible staff, delicious food, and even a bar serving hot wine. There’s a sauna, yoga classes, and the dorm was super comfortable. Special thanks to Giovanni, who helped me with everything I needed.

Everything was perfect. We felt warm, and at home after our first day of hiking, it felt like luxury. We arrived just in time for an hour in the spa which closes at 7, in time for dinner. Bed was super comfortable, they gave us a room upgrade when we arrived with a private bathroom and bigger bed with a balcony - completely unexpected and well appreciated! The dinner was really good, and they provided vegan options especially for me. The staff was really attentive and welcoming and always on hand to answer questions

“Lovely oasis on your way to Quilotoa”

After hiking the first part of the Quilotoa loop this hostel was a very nice reward! Clean, communal areas are super cozy, private rooms are cute and the cabanas have their own fireplace and poncho's as welll! Even the compost toilets were way more comfortable than expected. Nice shower, all meals included and free yoga classes as well. Could've stayed here way longer than one night, it was extremely relaxing and nice.

“Fabulous stay in friendly hostel with great facilities and breathtaking views”

We walked there and were well received by friendly staff. QR code check-in process was very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We stayed an extra day to take advantage of the spa with jacuzzi, steam and sauna and have a massage which was excellent. We had the breakfast and lunch half board which were great and had a delicious lunch on our second day. The drinks were varied and happy hour was a good discount. We liked the approach to water conservation with composting loos! Love, love, loved the free bottomless coffee available throughout the day. There was lots of information available about local activities and the staff were happy to help with anything.
