“Good stay”
Excellent location right next to Hachioji JR station, big shopping plazas, lots of places to eat. The buffet breakfast everyday offers Japanese and western food choices. I like the traditional hotel environment and decor. Room is spacious and clean, with good city view from high floors. Wifi works well for me.

People at the front desk were amazing. Nice hotel in a very good position right in front of Hachioji station. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was nice.

Friendly and kind staff, help to arrange to send our luggage to the subsequent room booking without us having to go through the trouble of check out and check in. Room is clean, comfortable bed, also provide toiletries. best of all, convenience location - hotel is very near to Hachiochi station just 3 mins away; and 5mins from Keio-Hachioji station, near to Celeo mall and easy accessible to food and restaurant. The bonus point is the Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars decor at hotel level 2.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the station and very quiet. The hotel is well decorated, the bed is moderately soft and firm, and the curtains are also very light-proof.

Hotel is one min. from station and many stores to eat/shop. Front desk & staff friendly/helpful. Problem with a/c & staff moved me to another room immediately. Room /bed comfortable. Would recommend to others & use in the future.
