Big shout out to Asela who looked after me from the minute he picked me up at the train station to the time he dropped me off at bus stop. Excellent hospitality and lots of good advice/organising and a great breakfast.

I initially booked this place because of it's proximity to Hurulu eco park for an elephant safari. I got a better price through Winmi than i had been previously quoted and the vehicle and guide were perfect. I had planned to stay 1 night but after feeling the zen of this place I stayed 2 nights and did Pidurangula and Sigiriya from here the next day. The host made me a takeaway breakfast at 0600 and was always cheerful and helpful. I recommend combining these trips from here, it worked exceptionally well.

We walked into the property and immediately liked it. Just off the main road and located centrally, the place has a zen like feeling. Very spacious rooms and very clean with staff who was always at hand to do anything. Wonder why it is priced so competitively- this place is true value for money

Our favorites stay in Sri Lanka. Bandula is a wonderful host. Breakfast was great. Location was nice and quiet and comfortable and within walking distance to town.
