“Fantastic stay, would recommend!”

Really nice place to stay, hosts are so friendly and helpful but also gave us space. My partner has good allergies and they were very accommodating. The pool is so nice and I don’t think you would get any better in the area!

The hosts are very nice, they can answer any question you might have. The breakfast is delicious and very generous, they will keep giving you food until you are full. The pool is nice to have. As it was the low season, we were even upgraded to a better room.

“Amazing”

We had a lovely stay here, the family is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They organised and drove us to the Hurulu Eco Park to see elephants 🐘. Greeted us with nice fresh mango juice and snacks (fruit, roti). They upgraded our room from standard to tree house because the hotel was quiet when we were there. The pool was super fun and they turn on the jets sometimes. Super easy to walk to the main roads from the resort and the tree house was very cute. We slept very nicely and had an overall very nice time whilst staying here.

The location, the lovely gardens and especially the hospitality of the family that run the resort. I felt very welcome and got lots of great advice on what to do. And everything could be arranged from the resort.

“Beautiful location and a lovely family.”

We arrived by train, and got a quick tuk tuk for around 700 rupees. We were welcomed by the father and shown to our chalet. The chalet was clean, very pretty and had everything we needed. It was lovely sitting out on the patio bit whilst it absolutely hammered down. The eldest son, dulshan, introduced himself to us and asked whether we'd like excursions while we were there. He recommended local places to eat. We stayed 2 nights and ate lunch in the town at Mom's kitchen, ate cake and drank lions lager at Inspire. We were very well looked after at both places. We also ate dinner at levona once, food was beautiful and plentiful, and cooked by mum. We didn't use the pool but it felt so lovely to be in the jungle listening to the noises of the birds, monkeys, the short eats tuktuk playing it's music. Dulshan was amazing, he drove us to lions rock, told us loads of history on the way and slowed right down to let me take photos of the elephants out on the main road. He recommended places to go, things to do, collected us after and took us to the cave temple afterwards, again waiting for us before driving us home. We spent time chatting to the younger son, dayshan, who was very funny, telling us about his nickname for being the nsughty one when he was younger. This place is run by such a lovely family who will make sure you have a wonderful stay with them. We asked for help arranging transport to our next stop in Kandi and Dulshan drove us all the way there himself for a very reasonable cost.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful place and very peaceful. Rooms were great with AC and mosquito net. Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, and helped to organise our daily plans and travel.

“Welcoming family hosting in beautiful treehouses around pool”

Friendly small family run complex of tree houses around a pool with lots of seating areas. It is in the trees down a little side road off the main road through Habarana so is quiet but also easy to get to some restaurants on foot and some by tuk tuk. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and happy to help, welcoming into their home. Lovely breakfast

Run by a lovely family who could not be more helpfuI or attentive to any of our needs. The location was quiet and peaceful but still a short walk from the centre, and easy access to all Habarana’s main activities. The pool was welcome after a hot day’s safari or visit, and the breakfasts were very generous

Staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly & organised transport for our daily excursions, nothing was too mych trouble. Location was convenient to get to the main road with all the restaurants approx 10 minute walk or less. Overall a value for money hotel.
