Great hospitality and calm relaxing environment. Even I forgot my iPhone charger at the room and they quickly attended to it and couriered me. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Really nice and good place,

We loved our stay here. The rooms were massive and were kept very clean, the mosquito nets were larger than usual and so really felt very comfortable. The host cooked us a range of dishes for breakfast, it really felt like a feast! We're super grateful to stay in such a beautiful space.

Charming setting in beautiful gardens with bird sounds and great sized bedroom accommodation. Great hosts lovely dinners. Breakfasts are traditional Sri Lanka foods.

Jaye and his wife are excellent hosts. They were really friendly, helpful and super flexible with our requirements (check in, check out, meal times). They helped us arrange all the trips and gave a lot of good advice. Highly recommended!

“Very affordable and perfect for a 1/2 night stay”

Owners were really accommodating, we arrived late with takeaway and they provided plates and cutlery for us to eat in their restraunt. It is a 3 minute drive from the main road on a dirt track but not too much of a problem. Room was basic, but fine.

What a gem of a place! The couple are so sweet and caring. The meals are prepared almost entirely with produce from their little farm. They even took me on a little walk around the neighbourhood and introduced me to the neighbours. Absolutely gorgeous, amazing food, and outstanding value for money.

It’s a rural idyll. Very kind and thoughtful hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. We were served a lovely Sri Lankan breakfast and evening meal. Some of the produce was from the garden. Would definitely recommend

Lovely family who have a beautiful house in the countryside. It is a little walk out of town but easy to get a tuktuk from the main road. They gave us a lovely walk around the garden showing us all the fruit and plants they grow. We also had the best meal of our whole trip in Sri Lanka here for dinner, and two amazing breakfasts.

beautifull location in nature, with a nice porch and chairs to enjoy the garden. Wild elephants can roam the garden at night. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean spacious rooms. Near the house are ricefields and an elephant hospital.

We loved Jaye Eco Lodge. The family are super helpful, arranging all activities for us and also drove us to the center of town or for activities at very reasonable prices. We loved the breakfast and also bought all of our dinners there, which were a highlight of our trip. The garden is great for birdwatching and wildlife and you can walk a few minutes to see a couple of elephants at work and some rice paddies. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice shower (hot water was available but we never used it). It is a ways from the center, but what we most enjoyed was probably just the friendly, comfortable, and tranquil vibe.

Beautiful accommodation set in a tropical garden with exceptional hosts catering to our every whim. Also our own private access to an elephant breeding program and hospital within a 5 minute walk....

“Beautiful hideaway in Habarana”

Beautiful place with amazing gardens but what made our stay extra special were the people. The family is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since we were travelling with babies we asked for mosquito nets and those were installed before we came. The home cooking was some of the best food we had on our trip and much better than any restaurant we tried in the area.
