“A charming hotel run by a delightful family.”
Friendly, warm and approachable, they provide personalized service that is unrivaled in our experience. Sinali is an excellent communicator. After booking you can establish a WhatsApp connection. Don't hesitate to use their transportation services, including an airport transfer to your hotel in Columbo. We found their prices to be the most competitive. This is also the case for tours or activities. For example, the whale watching out of Mirissa, on a large double decker boat, was only 12,000 LKR. We also found it to be very convenient to rent a scooter directly from the hotel. The overall ambiance is enchanting. Each of the rooms is unique, located on different levels, built on top of a large rock mound. The vegetation is lush, natural, and mature in every direction, supporting numerous bird species and even monkeys, (which stay at a distance). Lastly, whatever your need or want, don't be afraid to ask. This is the way they operate. Enjoy.

“Welcoming”
The property is very well decorated and build like the pictures , the room was clean , comfortable and they even installed the AC in 20 minutes . The pool is above the ground and you can see the monkeys go around all day . The hosts were very welcoming and cocked for us and assisted us in everything.

Nice location, calm area far from the street noise. Very kind owners, they were always ready to help us ( for example rent a bike) and checked on us when we didn’t come for breakfast one day. I liked that washing machine was available in there as well other kitchen staff.

“Excellent accomodation with high-class facilities and excellent (very responsive) staff”
This is one of the best accomodations we have experienced in the country. The room was spotless clean and quiet. The garden and pool were very pleasant facilities. Facilities like a small kitchen and washing machine were practical. Sinali and her parents were very responsive to questions and wishes and helped to organise visits, of which the boat tour on the Koggala lake was a highlight - Sinali even joined us and gave explanations.

The hotel is highly recommended. We felt very welcome and everything was perfect for us. Very clean, nice big room. Very nice pool and fresh delicious breakfast. We rented a scooter on site. The family is super friendly. I can highly recommend it and will come again.

Perfect calm location, beautifully built villa. There are common kitchens everywhere! You can grill on the roof, chill in the pool, sleep well kn the rooms. Rich breakfast and 15 minutes walking to a nice empty beach. It was our pleasure to stay, what a nice helpful family!

“Great Place to stay.”
Charming helpful family. The location was great, we walked 20 minutes to the town where we could catch the train or bus to Galle, it was a very pleasant walk. We were cooked a lovely meal from the wife. It was magical being in the pool watching the monkeys swinging in the trees. We were a group of 5 and we were made to feel part of the family. It was a wonderful experience.😁

The villa was lovely. The pool was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen made it possible to prepare own food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location was peaceful and quiet compared to other accommodations by the main road.
