““Just a little better than the way I like it””
Every aspect of our experience was spectacular - from the thoughtful offer of coffee at the restaurant next door as we awaited check-in, to the charming central location on Haarlem’s River Spaarne, to the outstanding faithful restoration of the house (complete with souvenir book of the house's history) & even to the quality of the pots & pans in the kitchen. All in all, an investment worth every Euro! Huge thanks to Monica, Pieter, and their son who lives upstairs for the warm welcome and careful attention to every detail! Heel hartelijke dank!

Stunning quirky apartment on multiple levels, writhing historic building right on the canal near lovely cafe/restaurants and the main cathedral square. Loved it!!

Location in the heart of harlem, very nice equipped, can cook your one meals, can store your own food (fridge), WiFi is good if you need to work, hosts are a friendly family who are very helpful but also keep their distance so you have privacy as a guest

“Gorgeous & Practical”
Very well equipped mini-appartment with bedroom, kirchen, bathroom and sitting room. One of the oldest buildings in Haarlem, tastefully renovated and perfectly located for business as well as leisure.

“Beautiful apartment, just a bit noisy due to the setup & location”
Great location with excellent view from the upstairs room. The apartment itself had a charming, atmospheric feel and came equipped with all the necessary facilities. The host was accommodating and had great communication.

“I would stay there again, despite the situation of the apartment, because of the great location.”
Great location, fantastic view from the living room along the river. The bedroom was very comfortable - a stool for the dressing table would have been good.
