“Great stay! Quiet but right near the centre of beautiful Haarlem.”

Sander is a great host! He is superb at communication and makes every effort to help with transport, places to go etc. It was lovely to be greeted by Sander rather than a key in a lock box! The property is located ten minutes walk from the centre of Haarlem and five minutes from bus stops, it is a great location! Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and some super independent shops. Bakeries are open early and have an excellent selection of baked goods. We would highly recommend ‘ Toast ‘ for breakfast as the menu is extensive and interesting. The restaurant ‘ Gandhi ‘ is also very good. There is twenty four hour parking nearby which is very clean, well lit, and toilets. It is a safe and secure place. This is paid parking but well worth it as it is easier than trying to find a street parking. Yes, the stairs to the apartment are quite narrow and steep, but an overnight bag, small case or medium rucksack make life easy and the climb is well worth it!The apartment is very light and airy with a lovely green view. The neighbourhood is friendly, very quiet and safe. There is a lovely big bathroom with a super shower, plenty of lovely towels and a bath. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is very well decorated.

Spacious accommodation a stones throw from the centre. Lovely quiet location. Some nice touches such as coffee machine, selection of teas etc Bed was comfy and Bath/shower both great.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area in Haarlem. It is very well maintained and very clean. Sander is a wonderful host.

Lovely host and great communication, well thought through and everything needed for a short stay, coffee machine was good and small kitchenette. Haarlem is lovely and an escape from the crazy Amsterdam

The accommodation was very well situated with easy access to the town of Haarlem and all other facilities. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The host was very friendly, easy to contact and provided useful information. He even helped us to get our suitcases up and down the steep stairs on arrival and departure

Beautiful little apartment in a quiet and pretty area of Haarlem. Easy stroll into the centre of this beautiful little city. We also walked to the station and got the fast train into Amsterdam- really easy and much nicer than staying there! Spotlessly clean and great facilities- the bathroom is fantastic with a huge bath and really good shower. Lovely sunset view over the rooftops. Great and thoughtful communications with the host, who gave great tips for parking and local restaurants. We only stayed 2 nights but would have liked to be here longer to cycle to the beaches and explore more of Haarlem. Perfect for our family of 4- we were comfortable and happy and appreciated all the thought that has gone into making this a great place to stay. Thanks for having us!
