The hotel is family managed. I was unfortunate that at the time of check in, I was checked in by the younger sister, who was not interested in solving any problems that I faced at the property and brought to her attention, such as a smelly air conditioner and water logging in the wash basin and shower area. For the air condition smell, she told me to keep the windows open, which is what I did for the first few days of my stay and kept the air-conditioner off. Only when I threatened to leave early and asked for a refund (after 3-4 days into my stay), did I get to meet the elder sister Sofia who resolved all my issues rightaway. However, these problems not being attended to in the first few days of my stay (when they were so easily resolvable) left a poor taste.

This is a hidden gem 💎 I loved my stay here, it was simple, clean and quiet. The view is amazing and there was a nice access to the beach. The AC and WiFi worked amazing. Definitely recommended.

It was a wonderfull experiance and the Team was great! Only advice I have for all future guests, get some water shoes. The Beach is great and close but due to the corals and stones it's difficult to enter without shoes.

Absolutely peaceful and relaxing – a true hidden gem! We had a wonderful time at this resort. It was super quiet and cozy – exactly what we were looking for. No streets nearby, so no noise at all, just pure relaxation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and offered a great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location is perfect if you want to disconnect and enjoy nature – truly a paradise. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in peace.

Dragon Hut, nestled in a secluded location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road, is the perfect haven for those seeking tranquility and peace. These charming holiday homes are surrounded by lush gardens, vibrant flowers, soothing waves, and the gentle chirping of birds, creating an atmosphere of utter tranquility. While the property may not be overly comfortable, it offers a serene escape that surpasses any sense of comfort. The beds are comfortable, the showers are functional and clean, and each house boasts a sea-view terrace. Although the nearby beach may be small, its waters are crystal clear and inviting. While it can be rocky, it’s an ideal spot for snorkelling, and during high tide, it transforms into a perfect swimming destination, making it easier to enter the water. Don’t forget to bring your own mask and reef shoes to explore this underwater paradise!

My stay at Dragon Hut was disappointing from start to finish, with the worst part coming on the day I left. The hotel's representative sent me a message accusing me of damaging the air conditioner by stuffing tissues into it - a completely illogical act. What would be the purpose of doing such a thing? This bizarre accusation had no proof, and I was not allowed to explain before she threatened to call the police, as you can see from the message exchange I've attached. This all occurred just hours before my flights home, leaving me no choice but to pay to avoid further trouble. Moreover, the apartment was full of numerous insects and crawlers, with ants were everywhere. Additionally, the location itself is also problematic, not only because it’s quite distant from the city center but also due to the challenging access, adding inconvenience to an already distressing experience The approach by motorcycle involves a steep incline and a poorly paved road, compounding the inconvenience.

Amazing everything. The view, location and cleanliness. The view is absolutely insane from the Sea view rooms. Would definitely recommend as it’s situated in a very rustic area on Koh Phangan
