“Peaceful Tropical Oasis”

The complex is beautiful and well managed by Ron. The bungalows are pictiresque, very comfortable and are set within tropical gardens and very close to a beautiful beach. There is a nice spacious balcony on which to sit out on or rest up in a hammock. Every single member of staff is exceptional and were happy to assist no matter what the need. Special mention to Sere Na, Fa and her team , Tom and the girls at reception who are a joy to deal with and a real asset to Baan Kiao Resort The breakfast each morning is really lovely with a selection of 7 different mezes, bread, jam, fruit juices, coffee's teas and also 5 or 6 choices of breakfast main dishes from which to choose. The pool area is beautiful and has a very well run pool bar.serving pool food and a childrens menu. The restaurant is also lovely and serves delicious freshly cooked meals. This resort caters for it's clients to enjoy every moment of their stay and is committed to being as eco as possible. We would highly recommend this resort and hope to return with our family next year.

“Unbelievable attentive service in beautiful setting”

Everything; unbelievably kind and attentive staff, the resort is beautiful and feels private yet you have a direct walk access to the beach with bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and there is a restaurant on site if you need. Breakfast if by far the best we had in terms of variety and it is not self service which is very nice. You have scoters rentals direct from this location and they will arrange everything for you. One of the best services we received during our trip and would go back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Place That Feels Like Family We stayed 3 nights at Baan Kiao as a family with three children aged 12, 9, and 4, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What made this place truly fantastic was the staff. They were world-class in every way – warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even now, our children still remember the staff by name and keep talking about them and the hotel. They already want to come back. We stayed by the pool, and the whole hotel creates a feeling of being one big family. It is rare to find a place with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was clean and perfect for families, with plenty of toys for children to enjoy. The food was delicious, and the staff at both the pool and restaurant were sweet, service-minded, and simply wonderful people. A huge thank you to everyone for creating memories for life for our family. Our very highest recommendation from us.

“Beutiful place in Haad Yao”

I loved my stay in Baan Kiao. Beautiful place next to the beach surrounded by trees. Nice room with a terrace including a hammock. Everything was very clean, and with daily cleaning service. Breakfast is abundant and very tasty. Walking distance to 7-eleven. Lovely staff.

The staff are completely amazing! They upgraded us for free on arrival, loved our bungalow!

I will never forget my stay at Baan Kiao - it was incredible and I will be back! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff make you feel like you’re part of their family, with a special shout out to Serena and Daniel, you are both wonderful people and made my stay so special! The food was delicious and the pool area was clean and comfortable. The beach is a few minutes walk away with unforgettable sunset views. 7/11 close by and you can walk along the beach to reach it. I also needed to go to the pharmacy, and the lovely Ron took me on his bike free of charge, which really cheered me up. The reception staff were also so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask. Don’t hesitate to book and stay here, you will not regret it!

My 12-day stay at Baan Kiao Resort was exceptional — a true home away from home. This resort is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The most remarkable aspect of my stay was the incredible team of staff; I truly felt like a VIP thanks to their attentive service and warm hospitality. Special thanks to Tom, Ka, Min, and Serena, who went above and beyond to make my experience spectacular. My beautifully decorated bungalow was cosy, spotless, and stocked with fresh fruit and water. I loved relaxing in the hammock with a book. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of freshly prepared, plentiful choices that fueled my mornings. The grounds are meticulously kept and the location is ideal — minutes from Haad Yao beach, shops, and bars and restaurants. The hotel arranged my transport, including ferry and taxi services, and helped me hire a bike to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Baan Kiao was phenomenal, and I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and experience genuine hospitality in beautiful surroundings.
