“Beautiful Hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff”

Beautiful hotel located in a good area located close to Haad rin beach. But most of all the staff here are so lovely especially the ladies in reception. I don’t leave reviews unless something stands out and the friendly service here was amazing. Thanks again you guys made our stay in Koh Phangan 🫶🏽

My booking experience at the hotel was very disappointing. I reserved a deluxe room, but upon arrival, I was given a small room with an unpleasant sewage smell, which led me not to stay at the hotel at all. Additionally, the price charged to me was significantly higher than the published price, sometimes by as much as one third more. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com for assistance but did not receive adequate or satisfactory responses. Despite the polite service from the receptionist, I do not recommend booking at this hotel. It is advisable to read other reviews before making a reservation. I experienced a feeling of disappointment and being misled.

The staff was great and very helpful, a lof of services are offered at the resort (motorbike rental, massage, laundry, etc) rooms and facilities are in a very good state. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Perfect location just at the beach. Very quiet hotel no noise from parties or road traffic. Pool is nice with good service during the day. Good breakfast and I had dinner twice. All very tasty and good.

It is a beautiful and cozy hotel where a lot of effort is put on detail - lights, aroma, design elements. The place looks clean. An amazing garden, wonderful view to the beach, nice pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast, the food and coffee were tasty. Baby friendly place – we traveled with a 11 month old and were welcomed and treated nicely. The staff that works in the garden and in the restaurant and pool area is polite and helpful. Beautiful view for sunset and breakfast in the morning!

Good location away from the noise and chaos of Haad Rin resorts, but still walking distance from the main spots. Relatively quiet resort more for couples and less young party people. Food is good and staff is friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel. Small, quaint, quite, rooms with private balconies and tubs. The place with its own beachfront where you can have a romantic dinner and later pop into the pool. The breakfasts were also great. Will most def come back with a significant other. If you want to propose - this is the place :)
