“Best hotel on this beach but not the best location in the off season”

So cool to be right on the sand, it’s the nicest hotel with nicest restaurant/chill area on this beach. The beach is probably the nicest beach on the island but it was unfortunately rainy every day we were there. The staff are so lovely and were able to help us switch rooms when I realised I didn’t book a room with air conditioning, great people!

Must use beach access if walking. Car parking for restaurant outside bungalow, not as private as expected. Wildlife outside bungalow. Gaps in door.

Location and allround feel of the property was amazing, bungalows are located in a beautiful garden with direct access to the beach, relaxed atmosphere. Monkeys, lizards :) had a great time, thank you

We were extremely pleased with our stay at House of Sanskara. There's a really cozy vibe, and the location is fantastic.

A beautiful and practically arranged bungalow with a nice porch and a very comfortable double bed (the single bed much less so, but I didn't need it). It gets cleaned when you ask them to, but for the three days I stayed there I didn't feel it was necessary. A lot of food and drink options along the beach and inland BUT their restaurant serves absolutely delicious breakfasts, lunches, and more. And the mango lassi here was the best I've ever had, I think! ❤️ The loungers on the beach get 'taken' early but if you are lucky to get one for a day/ a few hours, it's great! The official swimming sector of the beach is 100 metres further. Oh, and the location at the very end of the beach is grand!

Very good view,right on the beach, the bungalow was clean and spacious, every morning we could get fresh drinking water, laundry service, the caffe was best what we could find exploring Ko Phangan.
