Reception didn't even wanted to help me rent a motorbike. Took this place because of the pool, but the water was dirty green.

“Good location for ferry and border crossing for Cambodia”
The breakfast was adequate, not a great deal of choice. One morning there was only fried eggs and toast on offer so I assume there were not many people staying in the hotel to put the buffet breakfast on as the other days had a buffet breakfast. The location is good for the ferry.

“Comfortable and modern hotel in town center”
A modern and comfortable hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice lady at the reception. Spacious and clean room. Very nice soft bed.

“central stay”
A very good hotel on the main street and within walking distance of the central market and all the fresh seafood shops. It is about 4 km to the Night Market, but I prefer central Ha Tien to the outlying area......it seems a more convenient location with many eateries and cafes nearby. The hotel bedroom was very clean and had an attached deep balcony area from which one can see the sea. Breakfast was available on the 6th floor - where the swimming pool is - and cost 160,000 vnd. All in all a pleasant hotel to stay in.

“A great hotel with lovely staff in a good location”
Really lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable with good facilities and we also loved having Netflix on the TV. The bathroom was massive and there were lots of really great facilities to use.

“Credit card machine out of order, and really poor breakfast.”
Credit card machine was not working so was sent to the cash point 10 mins down the road. Hotel was clean and comfy. Breakfast was a really disappointing selection.

“A good place for stopover - looks like the best in town.”
This is a modern clean hotel with spacious rooms which is great value for money. The staff were lovely but we struggled with language a bit. Super service nonetheless.
