“Unreliable property management and unprofessional business.”
I booked 3 days prior to my stay. 2 hours before check in time I received a message from the property claiming that they were full for the day and that they could not accommodate me. This was absolutely unacceptable and I should have been notified more in advance if the property was overbooked. After they cancelled on me I received no communication from the property even after messaging them 2 minutes after cancelling. Since no other properties were available in Ha Tien with such short notice we were forced to cross the border into Cambodia prematurely. Not a trustworthy property to book.

“Nice hotel, very sweet staff, good serivice, and very sweet to children”
It was very good when we Got The right room, with balcony, Windows and view to The river. very lovely room. very sweet and good serviceminded staff. Location in The middle of Ha thien, But it is possible to get a driver around, so very nice hotel👍🏼
