“Place where you will feel like in home”

I feel like in relatives house,Artemij and Jervand are perfect friendly gentlemans,was gerat be together with them.

The owner is great and welcoming, but not able to speak english. He gave us coffee at the entrance. There is AC, eletcrikal kettle, refrigerator and a sink in the room. It is 10 min on walk to city center. There is a small window. You can prak your car outside in the street.

Yerwant the host gave us a very warm welcome with coffee, wine and food! The place is nice, very cozy and perfect for spending a night in Gyumri! Totally recommended!

I had an awesome time in the Vanand Guest House. The owner and the cute cats and dogs made me feel like home. I would definitly come back!

It's a nice place to be quiet and comfortable. There are shops nearby, so it's convenient. And the accommodation is clean and nice. The owner is kind and he will help the customer a lot. And he has 2 dogs and 2 cats, and 2 dogs are cute and kind to people. I want to come back here to see them again

“Fantastic, friendly guesthouse where we felt welcomed as friends!”

If you want to experience the real Gyumri you should definitely stay here! The owner Yerevand is so friendly and helpful, we loved sharing a coffee with him in the mornings and a drink in the evenings. The room was very cosy and clean and had everything we needed. We felt at home and will definitely stay here again if we are back in Armenia. We originally booked two nights, but we extended to four 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Vanand -- the location is great and the rooms are spacious and warm, but nothing compares to the hospitality and generosity of the host! Always smiling and ready to help, and treating us to homemade food and drinks. He also has two cats and a dog, making this guesthouse an animal lover's dream! This is definitely an experience we will remember for a long time to come, thank you so much! :)

Great accommodation near the center. Very kind and friendly owner with his cat and dog. Small garden and outdoor seating. The possibility of using the kitchen. Private bathroom and toilet in the room. I really like this style of accommodation. Everything was in the best order.

The apartment is pretty cozy and the landlord Ervand is a really nice man and an owner of two cuty pies: a dog Elli and a cat Basya. So the atmosphere is very lovely ☺️ The room has a good bed, an own toilet and a small kitchen, everything clean. Highly recommended 👍 մերսի շատ Երվա՜նդ ։)
