Everything. The hosts were very warm and friendly. And also very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. You can feel that the hosts put effort for you to feel at home. And the location was perfect. I would go to this place again and again.

Very charming place in the heart of beautiful Gyumri. The staff and the owner were extremely nice and caring people. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The breakfast was excellent. We woke up to the smell of freshly baked cake that was served after our homemade omelet and bacon. The location is perfect near many museums and sightseeing.

Toon 55 is a nice place, really well located within walking distance of the heart of Gyumri, and its restaurants, bars and sites. And Karan and Shoghlik were lovely hosts.

Lovely hosts. They respected that guests wanted privacy but were very helpful without being overly intrusive in any way. And the breakfast was lovely!

Cozy family guesthouse with hospitable staff, excellent breakfasts, and overall homely atmosphere. Interior contains many details that may be a subject of interest for some guests, including piano, old furniture, LPs, etc. Although the inner-yard view room was small, it was well-furnitured with a sparkling-clean bathroom, a good mattress and snow-white bed linen. I'd be happy to visit this place again!

“Tasteful old house run by a lovely family”
Tastefully decorated traditional stone house, lovely couple (the gentleman was born in this house) who really welcome guests. Right in the old town with many places of interest within walking distance. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful guesthouse in great location”
A gorgeous little guesthouse in a beautiful old building. Lovely rooms, very very clean, fantastic location in the old town, but still very quiet. Easy to walk anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Best breakfast ever!!! Delicious! Wonderful owners, Karen and Shoghik, gorgeous people and very interesting to talk to. I will return here.

“Lovely family hotel”
I loved that the family that owns the place is so nice. We were the only guests at that night and in the morning we got a breakfast and a cake made specially for us. The design of the rooms is pretty nice - simplicity tradition
