“Cozy, warm Armenian stay in the heart of Gyumri”
The location, the warm embrace of the hosts and their eagerness to make our stay the most pleadant one, the cozy feeling of the room, the modern feel of the room, the heat, which is a rare find in mid-March in Armenia :)P.S.the picture of the desolate house with old windows is not your accomodation, so don't be influenced by it; it is just where sign towards your cozy accommodation hangs ;)

Everything was very clean and comfortable, with a very nice terrace where we could sit. The host was very kind, and even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, she let us check in without any problem!

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and sitting area. Guest House has kitchen with all necessary facilities including kitchen utensils, you can cook meal if you’re not in a mood to go out. The host provided crib upon request.
