“A chic apartment in Gyumri, a short walk from the sights! Love to come back and stay again!”

The location is in a quiet neighborhood in the town, quite central, although without the hustle and bustle. The town center was about 10 minute gentle walk from the property, with the central market closeby. What struck me when I entered the property was the very modern and renovated apartment. The buildings around this property were not in their best health, so I was not really very sure what to expect. Once I entered, I found it well-appointed and very clean and chic! The owner has done apartment extremely tastefully!

“A nice stay near Gyumri's heart”

Pretty much everything. The location is great (about 5 minutes walk to the centre of Gyumri). The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. Everything is clean. There's a kitchen and a little balcony and living room as well. Everything works fine.

Communication from start to Finish was Great. The Apartment is very Modern, Clean & Close to the City. I Highly Recommend this Place.

“Cozy accommodation and helpful host”

Cozy accommodation very close to the city center and the central bus station. We especially liked the living room upstairs and the terrace. Our host, Naira, was very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel very welcomed.

Great accommodation! The place was incredibly clean and well decorated. The host was very helpful and kind.

The design of the hotel is excellent. It is very comfortable to stay here with family like 4-5 people unless you must be share your stay with others who visit the hotel and stay in upstairs and you are in downstairs. I mean, it is a big house with 2 apartments in, one is on the 1st floor, 2nd is on the 2nd floor, but you share the same kitchen. Besides that everything is nice, the coffee and tea are free for us.

The communication with the host was very good, the place itself looks nice and in a good location, walking distance from the city center. Free parking spot.

“Cosy B&B near the city centre”

Very pretty little place, comfortable beds and basic kitchen amenities were available. Host was responsive. It is quite near the city centre by walking.

Naira is a great host, this is a money value deal, very nice place and very cosy for the price you are paying. For sure we will comeback here again .

The accommodation is very well located, close to buses and the city centre, but very quiet. It is also very well decorated and has all the facilities of a flat: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room. The owner is also very friendly and the welcome is empathetic and generous.
