A wonderful experience overall. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making everything feel easy and comfortable. The space is clean, well-designed, and very inviting. I especially loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend.

The staff were very pleasant, polite, and attentive. On my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary treat, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The rooms are designed in the Radisson style — minimalist, very clean, and comfortable. My attic room was especially cozy and pleasant. The breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. The spa deserves a special mention — it is a truly luxurious place located in a historic setting. The massage was excellent, and the Balinese therapist was a very kind and pleasant woman. I was absolutely delighted with everything. Thank you very much!

Excellent hotel, the room has everything. The shower has good pressure and the water is warm. The room itself is very quiet, the hotel spa is excellent, the interior is very beautiful, there are a variety of steam rooms, snacks and tea, and all toiletries are provided.

Nice comfy room, the spa is very unique and is included, I liked the bathroom too and the best was very comfortable. Good soundproofing. Overall a 10 experience.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Everything from our rooms to shared spaces like lobby and breakfast area was spotless clean. But the best part was the free spa. We’ve never seen spa’s as beautiful and thought through as this one. 10/10 would recommend

Everything was perfect! A special thanks to the breakfast chef who prepared a truly amazing tomato omelette just for our group — it was the highlight of the morning! Highly recommended!
