Very clean and comfortable, just near Vardanants Square. We slept well in a silent room and an excellent bed. The hotel is completely renovated and nicely furnished.

Prime Hotel was the perfect choice for my weekend stay in Gyumri. The hotel is located right next to the city centre with lots of museums, restaurants, cafes, and bars available nearby. The Hotel itself was immaculately clean and well designed. And most importantly the staff were excellent, incredibly friendly and always helpful!

The location is perfect, in the center of Gyumri. It seemed newly renovated, pretty clear in he rooms. Breakfast was also good, everything was there.

“Fantastic central location, service, and breakfast.”
The breakfast was fantastic--fresh fruit, warm foods, a variety of sweets and savory foods. The brewed coffee was a bit weak, but the rest of the breakfast selection and available juices and teas made up for it. We had no issues with noise disturbances from the busy street outside. The rooms were well-stocked with extra travel essentials (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, and shower gel, etc.) as well as bathrobes in the closets.
