Strange place it appears to be the end of the season and I was probably the only person staying there it was a big hotel nice rooms and comfortable, the hotel also has a cinema so it felt like a complex, I get the impression that I was the 1st person from the UK 🇬🇧 to stay there and they seemed a little scared of me, they went out of the way to make me feel welcome, there is a supermarket nearby where there was an exchange place but didn't take English pounds and there was a bank opposite the supermarket where they took sterling. The terminal in the hotel was not working, overall it was a nice place. There were a lot of dog's in the area and I noticed them everywhere. If you like simplicity then stay here all the staff spoke English.

“Great value hotel with good breakfast”

For the price paid, I cannot really complain much, hence I give it a 7. The hotel was located on a side street and it was quiet and also had lots of parking spaces available. The room itself was spacious and the bedding was clean. The room appeared pretty clean overall. The towels also appeared clean, but some were heavily stained. Breakfast was great and even the fact that it was included is already a big plus. The staff was very friendly. It was very cheap for what it offered.

Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. The receptionist was so kind and showed us around all the areas the hotel has to offer (cinemas, weightlifting school where real champions train...). Thank you fot tour. Our room had everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was good including several types of eggs, cheeses and delicious jams! The location is not in the busy center, but everything is within walking distance. We like accommodations with a Genius loci.

At first we got a bit loud room near the banquet hall but then the personnel transferred us quickly. Second room was large and with carpet. Facilities are in a good shape, all clean. Breakfast is good. The place is easy to reach.

The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful and the laundry service was good too.

The stay was excellent. The staff were extremely nice and told us a lot of information about the hotel and the importance of it during Soviet times. The staff made us feel welcomed at all times.

Overall I had a very good experience and might book again when in Gyumri, the staff were kind and also allowed us a late checkout, the weightlifting gym is well equipped and clean, the room was warm and spacious.

Very polite and kind hotel staff. We arrived late, they prepared dinner for us. The room is big, pretty and comfortable, very warm (not typical for Armenia). Comfortable bed, hot water in the bathroom. The room and hotel are clean and well decorated. The price is not high. The staff gave us all we needed
