“typical house gyumri style, very new and comfortable”
I have loved everything about this apartment. It's very characteristic (dark bricks and wood as it's everywhere in gyumri) and all brand new. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the area is perfect. The host was very nice and responsive to all my message, he really cared a lot that my stay was going well and checked if I needed anything extra. I felt home and I hope one day to come back there! Just keep in mind that there is a big dog at the entrance, but he's very calm and tied up so it won't bother you at all, just some barks as you get in.

“We had a great stay at Old Gyumri House!”
It is a quirky and funny place to stay, nothing like I have stayed at before. The host is very friendly and he rebuilt the place himself! Everything, restaurants, town center etc is walking distance, which is really nice.
