We had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality throughout. We would also like to highlight the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, who were always welcoming and helpful, making us feel very comfortable during our visit.

Great hotel, especially considering the relatively low price for a double room with full breakfast. The location was very convenient, the staff amazing and as a bonus, they have their own parking with EV charging station.

“Great stay”
Nice variety and delicious food for breakfast, dinner at their restaurant was great too. Rooms are large. Family room was great. They have a kids play room which was great to keep the kids occupied.

Very nice modern hotel with kind staff and a great location. Price to quality ratio is also excellent. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it also looked very good. This is the place to stay if you're in Gyumri

We had a pleasant stay at Kuma for just one night and really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. The kitchen and the nice lady at reception as well as the staff at the restaurant are definitely a reason to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri.
