Friendly and helpful staff, very good location, spacious room with more than adequate amenities. All in all, good value for money, but the devil is in the details that, on this occasion, did not match the hotel's "luxury" aesthetics.

Very luxurious but also cheap, staff was amazing, they offer breakfast for 2500 Drams per person, the breakfast wasn't the worst one I've had but it's great value at 2500 Drams. Walls are thin, music blasts from the restaurant is a bit annoying but it stops at 11pm. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. Walking distance from everywhere, I will rebook for my next trip to gyumri!

We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again!
