Location very good. Quiet, calm, and all necessary places to visit as well as the food court were walkable. The host is very kind, and you can feel the family vibe in the house:)

Lucine and her family are very friendly and accommodating hosts, very caring and attentive. We stayed 2 nights and the first night we weren't able to get the room we booked (this one was a lot smaller and noisy, right at the road). Lucine then gave us a better room for the second night, which was fantastic and we appreciated it very much. The location of the guesthouse was perfect for us - in walking distance to the bus station, train station and town centre.

It’s a room in a family house and it was a eonderfull experience. Good wifi, kitchen, location, big room.

A good size room with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom has a decent shower which is always spotless. You're also welcome to sit in the cozy kitchen to have tea with chocolate and biscuits which are kindly prepared by the host. The accommodation itself is a warm hearted family home with a touch of Armenian charm. The location is perfect because it's just a 15 minute walk away from the rail station that has a Yerevan-Gyumri service 3 times daily. And the house is no more than a 10 minute walk from the city centre. I can't recommend this place enough! A kind informative host, a good night's sleep in a comfy bed, decent shower, and very well located. What more could you ask for? 👌

Loved my stay here. Very nice people, very clean, I got a lot of good recommendations for the city and they even organised my trip back to yerevan. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, the room is very spacious with a good bed and heavy blanket and the night was incredibly quiet, I slept very well. Definitely recommended.

It is a room in a beautiful family house in the middle of the city. The property is short walk from the train station, bus station, and city centre. The hosts are very accommodating and can provide you with good information on what to see during your stay.

I have been travelling for over 2 months now and this has been the best most relaxing place I’ve been to. I would describe it as having a ‘big heart’ , an honest unpretentious home where one can feel ‘at home’ . I’m glad I choose this in Gyumri.
