“A great guesthouse”
A great family run guest house , that absolutely know what they are doing. one of the first to open in Gyumri 30 years ago and still getting it right. Friendly, helpful, clean and very good value for money

The room was clean and neat, it was furnished with every necessary item. The staff were very helpful. The location was quite close to the center to walk and a minimal rate distance by taxi. I also liked the little garden.

“Great”
We hadn't ordered with breakfast so can't comment on that. We felt very welcome by the host, and they offered us little snakcs and some wine, when we were hanging out in the sunny backyard. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Gyumri. When we had to leave to travel to Garni, the host helped us with booking a taxy, that could take us the long road and for a more than fair price. All in all definitely a recommendation.

“Lovely”
The host was amazing. He welcomed us, helped us with out bags, showed around, and offered a glass of wine. Property is clean, quiet, and has everything you need. Decent distance from the city centre. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Nice and tidy guesthouse close to the city centre, the hosts are very helpful and provided us with everything we needed to do the laundry, The property also has a very nice garden where you can relax and have breakfast

The guest house is super nice and clean and furnished with great attention to details..the staff is friendly and kind. The garden is very nice and the position is very close to the city centre but in a quiet area. Would go here again and again..pity we only stayed 1 night in Gyumri

The beds were excellent. The owner has expanded into the adjacent building. The new rooms are clean and modern. The garden is behind the old building. The location is good, about 10 minutes each to the centre and train station. Definitely recommend.
