Modernity, cleanliness, proximity to city center, tuck away from busy street, bidget for the western toilet and heated floors (i was there in peak winters)

We stayed just for one night, but it was much more than we expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect—right in the very centre, with everything within walking distance. Honestly, it was the best place we have ever chosen to stay in Gyumri. Highly recommended!

“Perfect place to stay in the center.”

Apartment is located in the prime location within the city. Everything is at a walkable distance. Plenty of parking outside and inside. There are many restaurants around to go have a meal. Supermarket is also close by if you need something for cooking. We cooked our own breakfast as the places open up after 9am. Coming to the apartment, it was very spacious. Though there were 2 bedrooms, we only used one. Kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Bathrooms was nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Open the balcony and you get fresh air. Hosts were easy to communicate. The main host can speak English while the worker needs some help with translator. However, it wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely recommend it to others.

It’s tucked away behind the main square very clean good location. Some language issues but we got through it.
