“Fantastic stay”
Like a stay at home. Super nice place to stay and fantastic value. Nice clean room and shared areas. 2 toilets for 3 rooms, one of them individual. Fantastic location next to the main square and restaurants. Good WiFi.

Gorgeous little modern freshly renovated villa. Unpretentious, but containing everything you might need for a short stay in Gyumri...superb value and highly recommended for value and comfort.

“Lovely clean house in town centre”
The location is brilliant, right next to the Central square in the town and maybe a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Lots of bars/bakeries/restaurants around. Owner couldn't have been more helpful with access or directions either, and it was really clean and tidy

“Good spot in the heart of Gyumri”
Location is great, and the area is pretty quiet. The host was also able to help me arrange onward travel to Georgia, which is a bit of a challenge in Gyumri.
