Շատ հարմար ու խաղաղ տեղանքում է, մոտ է թե կենտրոնական հրապարակին, թե Աճեմյանի անվան դրամատիկական թանտրոնին։ Հյուրատան թե' բակը, թե' սենյակները հարմարավետ են, գեղեցիկ կահավորանքով ու ջերմ։ Խոհանոցում կա ամեն բան թե' ուտելիք պատրաստելու, թե' սուրճ կամ թեյ վայելելու համար։ Կա նաև ընդհանուր փոքրիկ խաղասենյակ։Մեր սենյակում կար проектор, և հարմար էր ֆիլմ կամ մուլտֆիլմ դիտելու համար։ Իսկ հյուընկալը շատ նրբանկատ աղջիկ է 🤍 Շնորհակալ ենք հիանալի, հարմար ու հանգիստ միջավայրի համար։

“Cute room with very original decoration”
The room is decorated with love, our daughter loved the bunk bed and the stuffed ducks. We felt very welcomed, there was coffee and tea available in the kitchen.

It’s a super cozy guest house where we definitely want to stay again in the summer. The weather was bad when we came to Gyumri so we couldn’t fully enjoy the cute little yard, but it seems like in the summer it’s gonna be perfect. Our house was great, everything was very clean and bright. Thank you, Liana jan, you’ve managed to create a really great place to stay in Gyumri!

“Coolest guest house in Armenia”
We travel a lot and spend our nights in many places. Most of these feel as if the owners never actually have tried to spend a night in them themselves. Random furniture, nuisances. Lian’s Buna Guest House is the exact opposite. Nicely decorated, it has all the amenities. Cool host. Such a beautiful place. This is where you want to spend your night(s) in Gyumri!

“The most helpful and kind owner you will find!”
The owner is the most helpful and kind person we've met in our whole trip around Georgia and Armenia. We arrived at 7am in the morning from a night train and she even prepared a common room for us to rest until our room was ready. Apart from that, she helped us with a lot of valuable information. Apart from that, the room was super comfortable and the common areas (with even a campfire) were amazing. Totally recommended and a huge pleasure to meet people like her in your travel!

“A charming place”
This is a delightful little place with imaginative rooms. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. Fruit in the room was a nice extra touch. The city is very pleasant and the guest house is in a quiet side street just out of the centre (a five minute walk).

“Amazing”

Well maintained property. The owner Ms.Liana is a great person. She was very helpful. Gave us good suggestions on restaurants and food to eat at and places not to miss out on Gyumri. Would def recommend my friends to go there.

“ideal place to stay in Gyumri”
everything and the host's hospitality and support beyond the rest. beautiful very thought through design, small but comfy. we had a projector in our room! shared kitchen is fully equipped. it is placed perfectly as well, everything is walking distance from the train station, city center, shops, restorants. highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at Buna Guest House! The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Vardanants Square. Liana, the owner, is such a kind and helpful person who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area!
