That's a small apart hotel with a small but dedicated parking in the very city center. Pretty new, clean, stilish and frendly. All my group - kids and their grandma liked it a lot and were pretty excited.

“Great stay in a cozy, centrally located hotel”
It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel during our short trip to Gyumri. Located in the central part of the city, it is at the same time sheltered from noise, as its windows face a small street. All the staff we met were very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was on the top (fourth) floor, and there are only two rooms on each level, which makes the place quiet and cozy. The room looked exactly as it did in the photos, and we have no complaints at all - the cleanliness, design, the place itself and comfort were exactly as we expected at the level of boutique hotel.

“Amazing”
Wonderful cozy hotel with a stylish minimalist design. Very comfortable bed with a great mattress and pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. A cozy bathrobe is provided, which is lovely after a warm shower Breakfast is served at a cafe 400 meters away, with two options to choose from Friendly and welcoming staff

“The Most beautiful, modern room in Armenia”
Really liked the staff. Welcoming, kind, very good in speaking English. Parking in front of the hotel. Very modern design. The best light a room have had in Armenia. It’s s beautiful room, bathroom is amazing. Floor heating everywhere. A nice bed. Good breakfast available. Everything was within walking distance.

Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

“Wonderful Stay with Great Service!”
The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and attentive, making us feel welcome right from the start. One detail that stood out was the call from the reception to let us know that our room was ready three hours before the scheduled check-in time. We booked the family suite, and it was both cozy and spotless, providing just the right amount of comfort for our stay. The price was fair for the value we received, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable experience. Thank you for the excellent service!

“Cozy and beautiful hotel in the heart of the city”
Excellent hotel, fresh and clean, everything was great. We have stayed there with my wife and a kid, staff was very friendly and ready to help. Hotel is located right on the city center (maximum 50 meters away). Will definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Great price for value!

“Exceptional place! Best in Gyumri.”
The room was amazing, wide, comfortable, clean. The design was the perfect mix of simplicity, comfort and taste. Everything you need is right there in the room, all the details were thoughtful and intentional. The staff was super helpful and bright.

“Lovely Modern Hotel in Center of Gyumri”
The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Close and easy walk to restaurants and sights that we were interested in. The rooms were lovely modern clean and new, but our room was a bit small.
