The property is close to city center,a easy 10 out of 10.The room is clean,decent and organised with bathroom and kitchen attached. Also,there are dining table,sofa and fridge in the room. The owner is a gentleman who is polite,friendly,kind and generous.He offers free laundry service to guests and it means a lot. It is definitely worthy staying here.

“Nice place to stay in Gyumri”

Lovely place to stay, very conveniently located, few minutes walk from all the main things to see and do, as well as train and bus station. It has everything you need, washing machine, bathroom, fridge, stove. Most importantly the room is kept warm in the cold winter temperature. Host is very friendly!

The host is really nice and reactive by message. The house is well placed. There are new beds now, two single beds, they were comfortable. The room was well heated, it was nice after spending the day out. There are slippers for wearing inside. Great service for the price !

The owner was very nice. The room was big, bright, clean. We had a kitchen, we could sit in the yard. In the evening, we sat with the owner and talked. It was very nice. Whatever we needed, the owner arranged. Thank you, we recommend it !

Very kind hosts, they made me feel like part of the family. They helped me arrange buses and taxis several times. Good conversation and the occasional barbecue or game of chess as well.

We really recommend this place. The room is so clean and comfortable. Has a bathroom, washing machine and cooking facilities. Very spacious. Good location, only 5-10 minute walk to the main square. The owner is such a kind person. He was very welcoming and really, really helped us out with our onward journey into Georgia! We would not have been able to figure it out without his help.

Very convenient location, you can walk to the city as well as to the train or bus station easily. Very nice and easy going host named Karen. He made sure, we've got everything we needed. He kindly borrowed us a pot & pan from his kitchen. Cute cats live here, too. Nicely working heating. Warm blankets.

Fairly central - great value for money - very calm and quiet - very responsive and hospitable host - Gyumri is understated. I preferred it over Yerevan. Plan two days here

Cozy accommodation very close to Gyumri's centre, good value for money, and very helpful staff.

Lovely to get this whole little accomodation with owner who speaks great English and greeted me with cake and coffee. And fresh apricots later. The accomodation was very adequate. Very clean with everything you needed for a visit to Gyumri. Close to town and not too far from the train station.
