“Cozy apartment in the heart of Gyumri”

Very specious and newly renovated apartment in the heart of Gyumri. All sightseeing's are just a step away, as well as bars and restaurants. The host couldn't meet us but her friend met us at the apartment and she was very nice.

The location is perfect, the communication with the host was great. The owner was very friendly, she gave us clear instructions on how to find the apartment, met us to provide the key and gave us useful tips on places to visit. The apartment was super central, had all the necessary amenities and we would definitely recommend it.

Location of the apartment is perfect, shower and bad are comfortable. The host was flexible about check in/check out time, which was important for us after flight. ☺️

everything was great,,,,, the location is the best thing ... you will reach the main square in 5 minutes (of course walking) many museums nearby that you can visit all walking around. there is a market nearby and a pharmacy downstairs (you can find whatever you need) The owner was so helpful and friendly he suggested keeping the luggage before check-in time enabling us to move around easly. the apartment is well-equipped.

Awesome location, loved having the second exit right to the street. My favorite restaurant in Gyumri just across the street! Apartment looks great inside very clean and comfortable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful new apartment that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. The decor was tasteful and modern, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities one could hope for in a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. But what really set this apartment apart was the owner, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, this is definitely the one for you. The owner's hospitality and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to return.
