“It's a MUSEUM! And we loved it”
Its a museum! The second we stept in, I thought its a wrong house, because everything looked like a museum. Holy cow! Interior is fascinating, we felt like in the museum. It is amazing atmosphere! I would recommend for everybody to feel like a king or princess and spend a night in this place.

A beautiful house, close to the restaurants and bars of Gyumri. It's been lovingly restored and has lots of home comforts. 100% recommend.

“A perfect place in Gyumri old town.”
I've stayed twice with a group of friends and they loved it so much they extended the stay. The place is even better than the photos and is a true way to experience the soul of Gyumri!! The terrace and barbecue area is perfect and everything is so tastefully done. Liana is so friendly and makes you feel welcome and the bottle of wine and fruit is really a nice touch Would recommend again and again. Thanks !!

The location is perfect, in the center, near all famous destinations, shops, cafes and churches. House has a very cozy terrace with a view to the inner yard. The host was very warm and ready to help.

“Great time!”
A very nice property with traditional features, modern amenities and an amazing outside space. Very well placed. Hosts and the manager of the place were very responsive and nice. They even helped us out with organizing our trip from Gyumri further on. The welcome basket with fruits and wine was a very nice attention.

“Beautiful, romantic and typical townhouse in Gyumri center, perfect for 4 people”
Typical one-floor townhouse in the most pleasant area of Gyumri's center. Decoration and furniture are very romantic and a nice mix between new and ancient. The garden is quite big and you can spend good time there. Owners are really nice.
