Very friendly people, the view from the pool to olive trees and mountains is beautiful, the beach is only a few (walking) minutes away, the town about 5 minutes by car.

Mrs. Litsa was a happy and polite member of the staff. She was always cheerful and helpful, making us breakfast and cleaning our apartment. We had lovely conversations with her. The location was in a quiet area, close to the beach, and featured a decent swimming pool. It was surrounded by nature and didn’t have any mosquitoes. There were beautiful beaches within a short distance, and Gythio town was just a 15-minute drive away. The place offered parking, a playground, and plenty of natural scenery.

Nice house with terrace and good kitchen facilities. Beautiful well-kept facility. Only 5 minutes walk to the endless beach. Nice welcoming owner.

The breakfast is very nice with a lot of delicious homemade products. Denis and his mother are so kind. The swimming pool is great. Location is perfect

Lovely villa complex 6km outside Gythio. We found it hard to find initially with address in Greek, eventually put name Spedion Villa into google maps and found it. Small yellow sign on main road then down thru olive grove. There is a beach near but we didn’t use it and the pool looked nice but a bit cool. Villa was very nice had everything you needed was nice and quiet. Breakfast by the pool was very good with lots of choices. Not much out there so drove back into Gythio for dinner.

Easy to find location, clean overall, the breakfast was quiet good (could have been a bit better) and the staff were really helpful and eager to assist with any of our needs. The facility was very clean and it had a lot of space for parking and gatherings.The pool was clean as well.

“Exellent and amazing”

Really exellent place to stay. It shows owners are doing this with hard passion. They were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with home prepered local foods that owner made herself. Every day something different but clasic also. Pool area is great, clean, big and safe for small children. There also is a playground for children and outside gym. Location is only 2min from the beach. Beautiful surroundings and very nice yard with green grass. Rooms were all you need with nice kitchen and two bathrooms. Whole house has 3 ACs so no matter how hot it is outside you can always stay fresh and have a perfect sleep. We recomend it strongly and honestly. More days you spend there the more you want. We were there for 4 days and we wish we could stay longer.

Every morning, we were greeted with a warm smile and a delicious breakfast that got our day off to the perfect start. The rooms were always spotless, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. Another highlight of our stay was the kindness and generosity of Ms. Eleni, the owner. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When she noticed we needed more space, she moved us to a bigger room without any extra charge. Her warm and accommodating nature truly made us feel at home. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff's dedication to providing outstanding service is evident in every interaction. We highly recommend Spedion Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Very peaceful, lovely grounds, swimming pool, excellent breakfasts, Staff very friendly, despite little English. Country location but Gythio very accessible. Good base for exploring the Mani and Mistras. Stayed an extra night it was so good
