This is a holiday accommodation built and looked after with care. The hosts, Katerina and Babis, are very friendly and welcoming. They were always available and took care of everything to the very detail throughout our stay. We found the property comfortable, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well equiped to accomodate a couple for multiple days. The estate is conveniently located near Gythio and Mavrovouni beach. It is a quiet and peaceful place on a hill with views over the sea. Ktirakia studios were ideal for us to have restful holidays and plan daily trips to explore the wider area of Mani and Lakonia by car. They are not far from Gythio if you want a night out and use a taxi for transport. Parking is also available on-site.

A beautiful home away from home, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Immersed in nature with a nice view and breeze of the sea. Gythio and some very nice beaches are just a few minutes away. You fall asleep only with nature sounds. A truly amazing place.

The apartment is super comfortable and has all needed amenities. Comfortable bathroom, lots of space, air conditioning that works well, and a nice little terrace to sit with beautiful view. There is a clothes drying rack available. The kitchen equipment is excellent, very easy to cook and it has everything you need. We also had the chance to try the olive oil produced by Babis on the premises, which was delicious! Ursula was very friendly and accommodating. Her presence is discreet, but responsive and very helpful when needed. There is an adorable friendly dog in the property, that greets the guests :) We enjoyed very much our stay in the calm surrounding of Ktirakia studios, while still being close to the town of Mavrovouni and Gythhio.

The bungalows are outfitted into every single detail, you feel from the beginning the owner wants to provide their clients an excellent journey, there is absolutely everything you need for a practical stay -as an example- clips for outdoor tablecloth, toaster for bread, scissors, coffee filters, an outdoor table light, laundry clips, and many many more small details (the list could be endless) to ensure nothing is missing to have a confortable stay from the very first day. You can park the car right next to the entrance door, all the facility in the midst of olive trees is in a very good state, you can see that there is a constant maintenance, there is attention to detail and the owners discreet presence ensures you know that you can rely on them if you need anything.

I visited Ktirakia in 1999 as a kid with my family. My memories of the place were magical. I returned an adult and it was as magical as I remembered it. The little house is very beautiful with a little yard with a table, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and the house had literally everything we needed for our stay. There was not a single thing we needed and could not find. Gytheio is very close, it has places to eat and a supermarket and the beautiful Mavrovouni beach is 5 min away by car. We had a wonderful and relaxed stay! I could not recommend more this place! Thank you to Katerina who was there to meet us when we arrived, we hope to return soon! :)
