“Hospitality at its best”

We loved staying at Josef's place! Ultimate relaxation, the apartment is comfortable with all the amenities, a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach, and very close by car to the village where you can find super markets, etc. Every morning bread and homemade jam awaits outside your room! Thanks for everything Josef!

“Perfect, relaxing holiday”

Lovely little studio/bungalow. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, plenty of crockery, utensils and glasses... even an electric orange juicer which was a nice surprise. Josef left lots of oranges on our terrace so we regularly made fresh juice. He also provided a fresh loaf of bread every morning which was very kind, and gifted us a bottle of wine and a jar of jam. Our house came with its own private terrace area and sunbeds. We could park our car safely on the property. The beach was a 3 minute walk down the track opposite the house and Josef let us use his family umbrella and sunbeds on the beach. So we spent most of our days there, swimming, having picnics and watching all the windsurfers and parasurfers fly by! We ate at nearby Taki's a couple of evenings as it was so close and walkable. Lots of different meal options every night. Josef was a really nice and generous host and always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. A perfect, relaxing stay. We hope to come again soon!

“Like a dream!”

Our dear host, Josef, was truly the highlight of our stay. His warm hospitality and positive energy made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us each morning with delicious homemade orange jam, made from his garden’s oranges, and fresh bread! Every time he saw us, he would discreetly ask with a big smile if everything was alright, if we were satisfied, and if we needed anything. The studio itself is fully equipped with everything you might need—it’s impeccably clean, spacious, and wonderfully cozy and comfortable. In a word, it’s perfect! The beautiful Mavrovouni beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is ideal for exploring the scenic spots of Mani. It was definitely one of our nicest vacations ever, and we recommend it unreservedly! Thank you for everything, Josef!!!!

Superbly clean, every amenity and very responsive host. Close to beach - a track across the road goes directly to a quiet area of a very long lovely beach. You can walk it - 400 metres or drive down it and park at the end! Just idyllic and relaxing. Can walk along beach to some tavernas and beach bars. I’d recommend having a car to drive out in the evenings to explore local restaurants or especially to go into Gytheio, a lovely port town with many tavernas, shops and interesting areas. Host Josef is lovely. Fresh bread in the morning and various produce from his garden (oranges peppers tomatoes and lemons left outside at different times. Shaded parking for your car. I’d go back again. So would my wife! Hope we do one day.

“Perfect place!”

The studio has everything one might need, it is spotless clean, spacious and comfortable. The whole property is very beautiful, with a wonderful private terrace for each of the two studios, dining areas, sunbeds, even an outside shower to rinse after beach. Location: The Mavrovouni beach is a 5-minutes walk away through an olive grove and it is splendid - long, wide, sandy and, most importantly for us, quiet and not crowded! There is a nice tavern in walking distance, right on the beach (Taki’s Tavern), and Gytheio is a 7-min drive away if you feel like trying more of the local food. Wonderful surrounding area, excellent location for visiting outer and deep Mani. Host: Josef is the most gracious, attentive, and kind host we ever met. He welcomed us in his beautiful home and pampered us with delicios homemade jam, fresh bread, fresh oranges and cherry tomatoes from the garden - we felt like we were visiting a considerate friend who is happy to have us there. Thank you for everything, Josef!

“Great holidays”

It was a lovely holiday. The apartment is well-furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. Every day Jozef surprised us with something delicious (warm bread and pastries, orange jam). The car is parked in the shade. A very nice place to have breakfast and dinner next to the apartment. There are gentle waves next to the apartment. Just a few minutes' walk through an olive grove is a long sandy beach. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Jozef. We will definitely return.

“Experience beyond expectations”

Three nights with the family at Estia Holiday was a wonderful experience. Cozy, spotlessly clean and modern accommodation, with every comfort. Comfortable patio for al fresco dining and relaxing. The sea is 400 meters away, a wide beach without any crowds, extremely relaxing. Josef kind and generous host, it is clear that he cares about the comfort of his guests.

It was the best experience in Booking. The apartments was super clean with all necessary equipment. And there were ordinary towels and beach towels. The lounge area is comfortable and also very clean and well organized. You can see that everything was done with attention to details. Also, we enjoyed the orange garden and proximity to a beach. The level of hospitality is on the top. Thank you, Joseph, for this wonderful stay!
