the space around the house and the balcony which was ideal for families and children , it is ideal for a family or families getaway for 3 days or more.

We stayed for 7 nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious and airy. You have all the necessary amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. The yard is large and perfect for relaxing, and the area is quiet and peaceful. There’s a supermarket very close by, and the beach is also just a short walk away. On the beach, there’s a lovely taverna with delicious food. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Our stay at Efmar was truly fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed - we felt so comfy and relaxed! The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape, while still being close enough to explore the town and enjoy a long walk on Mavrovouni beach. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to fault - it was just amazing from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

We visited Mavrovouni for the first time and were left with the best impressions. We stayed at the newly built Efmar Residences and I can only say the best things about them. These are impeccably clean apartments housed in charming stone-built homes, designed with care to reflect the character of Mani. They are fully equipped (even including a multi-mixer, espresso machine, toaster, iron, and hairdryer) and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Mavrovouni Beach, which was very convenient for our family. I also appreciated the nearby supermarket and the wonderful tavernas where we could eat. The owners were incredibly pleasant and hospitable, assisting us with anything we needed. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others without hesitation!

The house is very comfortable and furnished with taste to details. Parking place, excelen location next to the beach and at the same tame quite place. Great thanks to Melina, who meet us earlier than chech in time, All necessary facilities for a family or friends stay. Accessible with motorbikes.

“Beautiful, modern and well equipped in a quiet and natural environment”

A very nice flat, (not a house) a little outside Gythio, about 10 minutes by car. (Car recommended) The house is fully in keeping with the pictures shown, everything was very clean when we arrived. We were very happy with the flat, which was in the part of the property facing away from the beach path. There is enough space for at least 4 people. We were on the upper floor and had a great terrace with a view of the olive groves. The kitchen has everything you need, if there was also a dishwasher it would be perfect. There is a washing machine, everything works perfectly. Good contact with the rental company, we wanted to move on site, which was handled quickly and professionally. Please note, due to the choice of words (e.g. on BOOKINGS) you might think it is a whole house, but there are two flats, one upstairs, one downstairs with its own access, which are located in two houses. A 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurant, 3 minutes to the (large) supermarket. We are happy to recommend Efmar Residences to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
