“Experiencing a Traditional Korean House”

The staff were very friendly. I was grateful for the unexpected breakfast provided along with café-quality coffee. Transportation was convenient, as you can easily get to city of Gyeongju or Bulguksa Temple by bus. It was also convenient for sightseeing, as museum, Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, and Cheomseongdae Observatory were within walking distance. It was also nice to have the experience of staying overnight in a Hanok, a traditional Korean house.

Our host was fantastic! He was so helpful in directing me to the best spots to see and how to do it easily. He always had time for you. Although there was supposed to be no breakfast, we did have breakfast. The location is so perfect!

Located on a quiet street, easy access. It is right by the national museum and everything can be done by foot. The room was confortable. The host was nice and provided great information as to what to do and see. The breakfast was a nice touch to the stay.

It was very cozy and traditional but with modern facilities such as bathroom and kitchen. The bed/mattress was very comfortable. The owners were super nice and helpful giving guidance on what to see, transport, and how the house is laid out and where to find everything. We had a great one night stay, falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the traditional Hanok roof. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience a traditional Hanok.

I had booked without breakfast but the host offered a small breakfast including coffee, croissant and fruit for free. This was very welcomed and more than sufficient for me. There was a separate room to enjoy some tea. The host is super friendly and very helpful with tips on local activities/travelling. The house is well maintained .
